Original Gallart Message Board post
Hello,
I have been looking for information on a lithograph distributed by Ira Roberts Publishing. It is #1659 - Balloon Fiesta (Embossed). The artist is Harry Wysocki. I have not been able to find anything about this particular lithograph, either from the distributor or the artist.
If anyone here has any information about it I would appreciate it very much.
Thanks in advance.
